How to Apply

The number of Workshop participants is limited due to venue capacity. Therefore, early applications for contributed talks and posters are encouraged.

     Fill in the Online Application Form before December 1, 2025.

     You will be informed about safe record of your application within 24 hours. Contact us if you do not receive a confirmation.

     Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by email before January 21, 2026.
