Workshop Registration for Israeli Participants

Special daily registration rates have been arranged for Israeli participants who wish to sample parts of the workshop. To help us with logistics, please register yourself as detailed below:

     Be sure to complete, sign and return it to us before March 08, 2009 by email or fax as specified in the Registration Form.

     You will be informed about safe arrival of your Registration Form within 24 hours. Contact us if you do not receive a confirmation.

Regular Workshop Registration

After receiving a notification of acceptance, you would have to register yourself.

     Be sure to complete, sign and return it to us before January 31, 2009 by email or fax as specified in the Registration Form.

     You will be informed about safe arrival of your Registration Form within 24 hours. Contact us if you do not receive a confirmation.
