Registration for Participants Staying Overnight in Yad Hashmona

All participants − including invited speakers, presenters of contributed talks and posters (following acceptance notification), and those wishing to attend the specific sessions − are required to register.

      Please complete the Online Registration Form (SO) by February 07, 2026.
         Accommodation in the Yad Hashmona Hotel cannot be guaranteed if the registration form is submitted after February 07.

     You will receive confirmation that your registration has been recorded within 24 hours. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation.

     Once you have received our instructions, please proceed to the Accommodation section to make a hotel reservation.
        Accommodation in the Yad Hashmona Hotel cannot be guaranteed if the accommodation form is submitted after February 16.

     Note that a workshop participation fee applies to all participants. Please check the early bird and standard/late-bird options.

Registration for Participants Not Staying Overnight in Yad Hashmona

         Participants planning to attend only specific sessions are advised to consult the event Program (expected in February 2026)
         prior to registering.
