Registration for Participants Staying Overnight in Yad Hashmona

All participants − including invited speakers, presenters of contributed talks (following acceptance notification), and those wishing to attend the specific sessions − are required to register.

      Please complete the Online Registration Form (SO) by February 07, 2026 (for local participants by March 10).

     You will receive confirmation that your registration has been recorded within 24 hours. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation.

     Once you have received our confirmation, please proceed to the Accommodation section to make a hotel reservation.
        Requests for overnight stays of local participants will be handles on a first come, first served basis.

     Note that a workshop participation fee applies to all participants. Please check the early bird and standard options.
